Buying directly from a developer can be a good option. Buying through Ibeka should be judged on the complete experience: the home itself, the normal developer inclusions, any confirmed additional Ibeka benefit, and the guidance you receive before and after completion.

First, establish what the builder already includes. Standard appliances or air-conditioning are not automatically an Ibeka-only gift.

Does every Ibeka property include a gift?
No. Property-specific extras apply only when there is an approved arrangement for that home or development.
Will I pay the same price as buying directly from the developer?
Prices, inclusions and terms depend on the property and developer. Ibeka can help you compare verified offers; we do not make a blanket price guarantee.
Can I choose between different benefits?
Sometimes, if a builder or partner has approved alternative packages. Choices would be explained before you commit.
What if appliances or air-conditioning are already included?
Those remain part of the standard property specification. We will not re-label standard inclusions as exclusive Ibeka extras.
